App shows an ETA for a driver and then once you commit to the ride, the time always increases, doubles in many cases. And if you cancel to look for another option, they charge you.
Like the Lyft app, good UI and easy to use. I would like the option to be able to filter to only drivers using air conditioning and not windows down. Some drivers don't have charged ACs and never turn them on.

We were promised a 55 minute window but Lyft needs to understand that the immigration at SFO is a huge line. The driver left because we missed our window. There should be a way the driver should be able to call or message the passenger to see if they are coming or not. Please improve on this.
I've had great service so far! I've done my best to tip but I wasn't able to tip a fantastic driver today because I had to add an extra stop to pick medicine up for my baby and I wish I had been able but I wanted to at least leave her a fantastic review!
