I have used Nomo for years now. When I started my sobriety journey, I knew I needed a way to track it, and just so happened to find my way to the most supportive tracker for it. The support provided, the options for different clocks, and the reinforcement through watching those numbers go up are so important.
Finding an app that's actually free and easy to use really makes my circumstance feel a little lighter. I always come back to it when I fall, and I hope this is my last go of it.
It's simple, and not the least complicated. If you are quitting a habit you don't want extra or a frustrating app. You can have multiple timers, so if you decide to quit drinking today, and four months from now you quit smoking. You can also name it personally.
