An IVF clinic patient portal, not a cycle tracker. The app is experienced as a necessary evil: buttons are unresponsive, messages cannot be replied to (only new ones can be started), notifications do not clear, and the interface looks like it is from the 1990s. For people undergoing IVF, using this app adds to the exhaustion.
