A medical portal for patients at the Prelude Network fertility clinic. Not a consumer cycle tracker: it does not predict ovulation or keep a personal journal. Used for messaging with the care team and viewing test results. The app is systemically broken: login fails, urgent medical notifications do not arrive, data is lost, and sessions reset every 2 minutes. Users in the middle of an IVF protocol are calling the clinic directly because the portal is unavailable.
