GO works well in dense urban areas of Japan, where a wait of 2 to 3 minutes is realistic. The main problem is that the algorithm picks distant drivers and ignores nearby ones, and the promised ETA should be at least doubled.

Always need to double or triple the estimated arrival time to get an accurate prediction. Currently been waiting 10 min for a predicted 3 min arrival and the driver is still a far away… this kind of thing happens almost every time. This makes it hard to get to appointments on time.

If you are wrongly charged you will not get your money back! I was overcharged 2,240 Yen because my driver took the wrong route and drove an extra 4km to get me to my destination.
