Gojek App always indicate shorter expected waiting (5 min) time than actual (12 minutes). N it's not due to traffic since there's no traffic this time given it's the morning. It's just a trick to make customers think the waiting time is short.

I am grateful for this helpful app with ordering rides and food delivery in Bali. I've experienced a few issues with trying to leave a tip for Food delivery drivers after delivery. I felt bad because I was unable to tip a driver after he delivered meal in the rain using credit card.
