I love Wayfair and have bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff from Wayfair. Overall, their qualities are great. I have one problem and that's with returning. It used to be so easy to return items but now they make it difficult because they try to get you to take it to their store.

App is okay sometimes. I often run into placing an order to only find out that it's no longer available. Therefore, I don't consider Nordstrom for buying gifts for people they are unreliable.

I was looking for a coat. I set my filters as WOMEN, LONG LENGTH, WHITE. Also set as LIGHTWEIGHT. Results were black hip length and cropped jackets, blazers, DOWN FILLED and PANTS in women's and MEN'S. Filter is definitely broken. TIME CONSUMING!
