One of the few mood trackers with a real CBT mechanic: you identify a cognitive trap and challenge it. It works as a therapy supplement, but widgets have been broken for over a year and period progress is only visible in the paid version.

Pour quelles tâches on l’utilise
Those who have done or are doing CBT therapy and want to practice the techniques on their own
Ce que les avis saluent
The step-by-step thought breakdown through cognitive traps helps where simply rating your mood does not.
Ce dont les avis se plaignent
Widgets have been broken for over a year; mood analytics for a given period is locked behind a paywall.

i think u guys should not make that overall average result only for premium. thats what i downloaded it for so i could see all at once how i was feeling over the last month or week and i cant do that without paying money.I've lost so much documentation of my life from this app. YEARS-worth. Yes, it was set to sync. I'm going back to a medium I can rely on: pen and paper.Even though I see a therapist and work on CBT and ACT techniques, it can be difficult to remember to use the techniques during every day life. With the app I can set a reminder to check in and see how I'm feeling and challenge unhelpful thoughts. Surprisingly, there have been times where the app actually helped me work through certain thoughts.I've been using this app for over three years and highly recommended it to my clients (I'm a therapist). The overall selling points were the simplicity of the app, icons and gratitude list. Recently they changed the gratitude list to some worthless and unnecessary prompts. Making it less effective as a tool.Citée pour ces besoins
- Log their state between sessions so they can come to the therapist with concrete data instead of a vague “things have been rough.”Journaling between therapy sessions
- Write down the situation causing the anxiety and their own thoughts, so as to come back to them at a calmer moment or discuss them with a professional.Writing down anxious thoughts
